About the project
Nestled in the heart of Santa Monica, our recent remodeling project encompassed the transformation of 2.5 bathrooms, including the master bathroom, hallway bathroom, and powder room. Our goal was to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect the character of the area.
Before Remodeling
work process
In the master bathroom, we revamped the plumbing to accommodate the luxurious Wyndham Collection Juno 59″ Free Standing Acrylic Soaking Tub as its centerpiece. A modern shower system was seamlessly integrated, complemented by expertly executed tile installations on the bathroom floor and the shower and tub surround walls. The addition of a single sink prefabricated vanity not only enhanced functionality but also added a touch of elegance to the space.
In the hallway bathroom, simplicity and sophistication were the guiding principles. We introduced a free-standing single basin vanity set with a Teak cabinet, accompanied by a sleek LED mirror for added style and convenience. Tile installations on the bathroom floor and shower walls elevated the overall aesthetic while ensuring a cohesive look.
Even the compact powder room received a comprehensive makeover. We installed a new toilet, adorned the floor with earthy-toned tiles, and introduced an electrical fan equipped with a humidity sensor for enhanced comfort. The addition of accessories such as a towel rack, grab bar, hooks, and a toilet paper holder, along with a single sink vanity set featuring brushed gold fixtures, completed the transformation.
