The remodel began with extensive structural work, completely reconfiguring the interior layout to maximize space and enhance flow. A brand new HVAC system was installed to ensure optimal comfort year-round.
In the kitchen, we added modern appliances and elegant finishes, including granite countertops and ceramic tiles from Bedrosians.
All bathrooms were redesigned to showcase contemporary aesthetics and high-quality materials. New engineered wood flooring throughout the unit added warmth and sophistication, while updated lighting and fresh paint breathed new life into every corner.
After Remodeling
YOU ASK WE ANSWER

A full home renovation in Pacific Palisades typically takes between four and eight months, depending on the home’s size, design complexity, and whether structural or hillside work is involved. Larger or custom projects may require additional time for permits, engineering reviews, or neighborhood design board approvals.
Energy efficiency plays a major role in modern remodeling across Pacific Palisades. Upgrades such as dual-pane low-E windows, high-efficiency insulation, and tankless water heaters help reduce long-term energy use. We also recommend LED lighting, solar readiness, and Energy Star–rated appliances. Sustainable design often extends to finishes as well — materials like natural stone, reclaimed wood, and low-VOC paints improve indoor air quality while maintaining timeless aesthetics.
All remodeling and new construction in Pacific Palisades falls under the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. At Oasis Builders Inc., we handle every step of compliance, from permit submittals and plan checks to on-site inspections. Our team is well-versed in Title 24 energy requirements, seismic safety codes, and hillside regulations specific to the Pacific Palisades. This ensures every project meets or exceeds city standards for safety, durability, and environmental performance.
