/ Introduction

About the project

This S. Crescent Heights Blvd. residence underwent a comprehensive home remodel that centered on two key spaces: the kitchen and the bathroom. The design and build objective was to combine modern aesthetic with enduring design principles, creating a home that responds to daily needs while reflecting refined style.

The remodel was approached with attention to proportion, material quality, and subtle detail. Our role as home builders was to ensure that each phase of the remodel reinforced both durability and refined design. Natural textures and clean-lined cabinetry defined the kitchen, while layered finishes and elegant fixtures elevated the bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen was reimagined to enhance efficiency and atmosphere. The flooring was selected in a time-worn concrete style inspired by Moroccan design, offering a foundation rich in earthy tones. Shaker-style cabinets in a warm finish introduced structure and familiarity, paired with contemporary hardware. Countertop were finished with Revera Quartz slabs, a material prized for its durability, realism to natural stone, and nonporous qualities. The result is a kitchen that underscores both practicality and elegance, delivering the level of finish homeowners look for when working with a dedicated kitchen contractor.

Bathroom

The bathroom remodel introduced both serenity and visual depth. The focal point is a soaking tub from Wyndham Collection, positioned to anchor the space with sculptural presence. The flooring features Porto Star and Cross Tile Matte Jade porcelain, its geometry and tone adding character without overwhelming the room. Surround walls in Cloé glossy ceramic tile create a soft reflective surface, balancing texture with light. A double vanity in white oak from Modern Bathroom completes the composition, its warm wood grounding the otherwise bright palette. The bathroom exemplifies how measured material choices can create a retreat that feels both lasting and personal.
